AssociatesThe Associates Program is P4’s own internship that helps build leadership skills and professional experience. Associates work under the Partners in helping them organize and facilitate all events and programs. Associates are responsible for weekly meetings, tabling, office hours, and various planning committees for all over events. The program is also available to be taken for units, school credit, with minimal requirements: 45 hours per unit and a 3-page essay per unit.

ProgramThe Partnership for Pre-Professional Pilipin@s offers an Associates Program, that simulates work-place relationships and fosters close friendships and networking with peers. When applying for the program, applicants may choose which components they would like to be involved with. Our Internal Component then sorts applicants by first, their preferences, and second, by the availability of positions in the components.

ConnectionsAssociates will be given access to our alumni list, many of whom have gone on to work in the professional fields for companies such as Google and Oracle, or have pursued higher education in graduate schools such as Harvard and Princeton. We encourage associates to take advantage of networking opportunities, law school visits, workshops, etc.
|
DiversityAlthough our primary goal is to help and empower those interested in the professional fields, we would like to stress the importance of the program as a “mutual learning experience.” We encourage associates to learn from each other, to take initiative and to stray from the orthodox and forge their own paths to success, as their is no one set guide-line for success in the professional world. We emphasize the qualities of innovation, adversity, diversity and hard-work in this rapidly globalizing world.

How Can You Join? The best way is to be a part of our Associates Program, which will ensure your participation at all events and functions. Or, if you would prefer, members are still invited to participate in any and all of our events, including our monthly general meetings. (See above for services provided.)
